Me too experienced this error of redirecting to airtel site after recharge.
I tried this and it worked.Hope it work for you too

• IN your mobile GO to Settings>>More settings>>Network settings>>Accesspoint names>>Select Airtel internet configuration
• Edit the Apn configuration as below

APN: airtelgprs.com
Proxy: (Leave blank)
Port: 8080

• Save the APN configurations
• Connect intenet
• Now it should work fine
• Note-it will only solve the error related to redirecting to airtel site.

Everything was set in MIUI except 8080. I changed that but still not working. Showing same error on android: Sign in to network: airtel(in notification area) and in windows chrome too many redirect and shows the above page

Even internet speed is also good as showing by Netflix(cannot use ookla speed test as they have http site), it's just that only http sites are not opening

I've faced that problem but only after recharging. you can try using VPN. http sites will not redirect to airtel one touch.
Contact CC they know about this and they can help fix this

Thanks a lot, your VPN solution worked . :kiss: All pages are working now including http

Fortunately I hv 60 GB VPN limit per month so nothing to worry, too lazy to contact CC :blush:

Can anyone plz confirm that in the revised Bsnl 1099 plan, data is truly unlimited or 3gb per day. Earlier it was 10 gb per day i guess
