Ok. We pay around 350-400 per month only for calling, I think now it is better to get one wireless connection and we can get unlimited calling at that price. And also whenever there are heavy rains or road works going ok, landline goes down
I will plan to buy some landline like device which accepts sim so that my grandparents do not have any issues using it and it would be same like landline which they have been using from many years.
Yesterday i registered a complain against not operational and slow net to jio cc .
Today they replied this,
Dear Customer,
Your Service Request no. xxx related to connectivity issues has been processed. We would like to inform you that a Jio site has been planned in your area. Site should be live in 60 Days after which you will enjoy seamless 4G network. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can call us on 199 from your Jio number or raise an appeal with our Appellate.
