Usually these type apps creates similar problems. Try to do one thing, I'm not sure it will solve your problem or not.
Do this ;
First select Account option in settings then from the next page select Google & click Personal info & Privacy then click Ads Settings from the next page & disable it .

its not complosary every time dirty ads comes. some times shopping ads (myntra, shopclues) comes

Uninstall all crap including all UC stuff which you have in phone then download Kaspersky from playstore, update it then scan full after that uninstall that, now download Bitdefender then again run a full scan.

Download Samsung browser and use that broser as default, now install some adblock extension(I hv these adblockplus, adguard,disconnect and adblock fast) for that browser, download 4-5 adblock extensions then enjoy adfree life

Use MAX security app bro it automatically scan ur mobile @ regular interval , before install & after install apps from Playstore & any 3rd party apps

Its found 3 times trojan malware in my mobile & lot of times stops me before app installation

This will be only formality bro if he installed any virus apps. I am saying because I have faced same before. Once for getting unlimited coins in Hill Climb Racing game, I was installed modified app from somewhere & it wasn't proper game/app.

It was only virus & I am sure @sunnilkumar bro also facing same.

But no security is enough to protect you unless you have Brain.apk installed. So best thing is precaution and you should know what are you doing. Most importantly installation from unknown souces should be unticked in settings
