They haven't registered any new player till now.They have paid the money to the clubs with whom transfer was negotiated but till now even Kessie,Christensen also haven't been registered.And its not FFP that is preventing them from registering new players.Spain has got this unique system where the loss making clubs needs to earn 3 times for every euro spent.If Barca comes out of that than they can register players freely.

They will eventually end up having many players not happy.For 3 positions they have Ferran,Aubameyand,Dembele,Fati,Raphinha,Lewa,Depay,Braithwate.Of these only Depay and Braithwate are actively touted in market.
