I think that ship has sailed.The likes of Ekitike and Wirtz won't have come to play 2nd fiddle or play out of position at Liverpool.Signing Isak would disrupt the team and playing him alongwith Salah,Wirtz and Ekitike would put pressure on the remaining side defensively.

Rodrygo is not a pure winger like Diaz.He likes to play centrally without getting involved with the central defenders i.e start wide and moving centrally.Ekitike also likes to do the same.

If they wanted a starter they would have gone for him by now given that Liverpool are already in 3rd week of preseason.I feel that they will go for a backup player rather than a guaranteed starter like Guehi.
