The one's in market mostly are cheap and fake. You will find in some small time candy store or trains. It taste awful.

This is ಹೋಳಿಗೆ Holige as we call..i think called as Puran poli/Obbattu ..i don't know the exact name in English...
This one is made of coconut,maida and jaggery...home made... Prepared by my Grand daughter..

It's prepared using ಕಡ್ಲೆಬೇಳೆ/ i think chana dal , sugar,maida...it's original preparation...
