It's a translation/written of kannada word ಪಪ್ಸ್...the spelling maybe wrong..it maybe paps/pupps..if possible give me the exact English name by seeing the food..

We call it here veg patties as well. It often comes to our office as evening snacks.

Patties are also called as Puff in some places. Initially I used to wonder what's the difference between patties and puff. Later realized it's the same thing with two different names.

Many times I get difficulties to find exact English names to our local names of foods ...
Just trying to translate as much as I can...members can get the names by seeing the picture of food I posted..names may differ place to place...
Hope it will be good gesture if we understand them instead of taking wrong side of words or making fun of them....
