Unrippenned jackfruit fried chips...fried in home made coconut oil...

For some odd reasons I can't never swallow Jack fruit.

For me smell issue
Plus if u put it on fridge 3 days odours not gone it became jackfruit farm more than fridge.
But i like when it's in vegitables stage
Its almost guve vibe of / taste like mutton if prepare like mutton

Put in a airtight box..that doesn't effect ...we r using like this in fridge...
On the other hand use in 2 days only and not 3 days..
