I hope he bought it from Bangladesh only.
Because As far I know,Banglasdeshi biscuits are not available in agartala.
They maybe available in udaipur,sonamura or other border area places

Keventers Menu:

I never tried them but seeing their costs and being a Milkshake only selling brand, they must be good with their products i feel. Should be better than Milkshakes at Restaurants and Bakery shops.
