Seeking Help Few queries regarding Airtel & Jio

Here is a thing with Jio, there is no uniform policy enforcement. While, there is no written rule regarding the incoming calls/sms, some of my friends did experience Jio shutting off both Incoming calls/SMS while my number un-used since a year and barely recharged for ₹98 in 2 years is still working.
