Discussion Difference between Genuine OS and Cracked OS

Hi ,
I'd like to know what's the basic difference between a Genuine Windows 10 and Pre activated /cracked windows 10 ?
I mean what problem a common users may face if he use Cracked OS than a genuine One .

Cracked OS will have a very high probability of backdoors/malware in them.

Precracked verson comes with latest security updates with original ISO. You just have to allow the crack file from windows defender if it detects the crack file as a trojan. But it is not harmful..
For Laptop it comes with original serial key.
