Actually the Covid vaccination awareness program in Rural areas of UP is much better than many of the so called well managed states.They are relying on traditional ways of spreading awareness i.e through loudspeakers fitted on ricksaws and autos.Even the DM's are going to villages and addressing the small gathering of villagers through their panchayats.
True, I am in UP right now and witnessing this for sure.
