I think it's great. We should not put all our eggs in one basket considering various mutants of virus. May be in future Covishield will not be that much effective against one mutation of Chinese virus while Sputnik will work. So it's better.

We already have 5 sources of production of Sputnik in India.SII can take license but it shouldn't come at the cost of producing Covishield for india

Me seeing lots of covaxin slots here in Chennai... 4days ago when me and some of my friends were booking slots for the jab, Covishield was prevalent.. From today seeing lots of covaxin for 18plus.

Even Karnataka yesterday got some 1.64 lakhs doses of Covaxin.In june KA would receive 7.5 lakhs Doses of Covaxin

If someone wanted Shinopham Or Sinovac in India, then i hope he got his answer. UAE tried 3rd dose, didn't work great in Seychelles and now Bahrain.

The most important thing is more than 90% hospitalised are non vaccinated people.

Cases will keep on increasing until and unless 80% or 70% are vaccinated

Same thing seems to be happening in Telangana also, no doses or very less available at govt center however plenty available at private hospital.

By the end of this Pandemic Amarinder won't have an iota of respect left among his voters.Right from instigating the farmer protests,allowing them free run for destroying govt. and private property and allowing farmers to protest despite several links between rising Covid cases in North India with Uk returnee protestors,he has been a massive failure.

₹1400 per dose, thousand people are in line there today. How come private hospitals are able to manage such huge quantity of doses however it's not available in govt center. Not sure how Poor's are going to get jab in such scenario.

Central govt decision to allow states to manage vaccination seems to be wrong move after seeing this situation.
