Yes. Buy a 300mbps router. It can practically support 150mbps.

But problem with Hathway is being such a big company they still don't provide 5 GHz routers, the maximum speed on wifi remains limited to around 50 Mbps, even I am using the same plan.

Yeah true, we need separate router like D-Link. I'm happy with Hathway. No deposit amount paid. Paid for only monthly charge.
