Seeking Help BSNL Live TV IPTV (IFTV) setting

Just I got call From BSNL IPTV Team, they configured from their side, I too configured all the things in my ONU , waiting for OLT needs to be configured in local operator OLT. I will update once it is done.

Operator must configure the OLT, otherwise it won't work. Most of the operator won't support BSNL.
 
It is not necessarily to connect with LAN, You can also bind with SSID, but you cant Bind Inter with SSID

I asked many times to configure them, They told we didn't know how to do that in OLT.
Usually an External person will do that. Then I visited directly, I logged in the OLT Portal, Then I just added VLAN 1900 and Configured VLAN PORT

Yes. It will confuse some times. Also LAN is stable even when not connected with internet. Our system will disconnect wifi sometimes incase of no internet.
