And when i block the colour hd channels from that list, it also got removed from live tv app program guide list (Both colors hd channels - ch no. 1 and 337).

Yes there are various options to block. You can block any applications, any settings shortcut from home page, 18+ content, and in future any channels. For these you can use kids profile or you can create a new profile and apply any restrictions.
And if you forget your app lock pin you can reset it by logging jio account through otp on same page.

I think it's because the LiveTV app EPG (channel guide) never got downloaded in my STB and always shown error state 1.

These are the channels showing up on my Jio STB. It's way different from what @AftabIN bro is getting.

I think these all channels are jio cinema channels but in jio cinema app these channels are not available directly 🤔. Because these channels are also showing in my block list but not showing in live tv app channel guide.
