It is full of basically about iftv services .. no information regarding IPTV Box

Yeah they have just mentioned about the IPTV service at point 2 only one only. But the whole tender process is only about providing iftv to the bsnl fibers users . They are expecting the service provider to only provide iftv service {point 2.3}.. the main concept of iftv is to create network independence/ data plan independence .that is what they are saying .

The service provider also has to create a common path / dedicated vlan for providing iftv and internet through the same port as per this guidelines {3.4.6} so IPTV will not given in future as far as I understand. They have to find solution to provide both internet and iftv in the same cable and its the only way
