I think it is running over internet unlike weconnect. Better atleast it works from everyone and skypro provides app also check and change STB ID.Sorry, I am not that much technical....
Process which I follow... First I registered myself on the link given above in thread.w
I have already registered on their mobile app skypro selfcare few days before(I don't know exact days/month) after that I installed skypro IPTV app on My Smart TV , registered there with my same mobile number and OTP ..and within few seconds channels start working...
BSNL South Zone guys are lethargic in implementing the IFTV.
BSNL's dedicated VLAN TV concept is a failure system. In today's OTT domination world one cannot use other apps on the TV when it is connected to VLAN1900. People will eventually stop the IFTV or buy another android box to compensate. BSNL should either launch a dedicated IPTV set top boxes or launch service with internet based instead of dedicated VLAN based. I appreciate north BSNL guys for providing the Internet based(Skypro) TV instead of dedicated VLAN. I guess they learned from Weconnect aggregation.

ULKA tv is provides iptv in AP with their app from playstore. STB not needed, even Excitel fiber follows same with Ulka tv app.
Hope it is based on the internet not with dedicated VLAN. Ulka app even available for samsung TIZEN os.
Package will be similar to DTH I hope.

Kerala is in the list but BSNL is not officially launched IFTV in Kerala.Some more states added to the BSNL IFTV (IPTV) Registration Portal dropdown.
