Nope. It will work only with bsnl ftth connection once skypro cdn is enabled.

I activated for two of my landline numbers. Will wait till they enable CDN. I tried with Mobile hotspot but it didn't work.

Any moden configuration similar to we connect is required or just an enabling from bsnl network itself?

Just from bsnl side itself. No need to setup anything in router or device.
