The official Vi website does not show the pack for Kolkata circle. Here is another onlytech thread confirming the discontinuation of the pack for Mumbai circle.

There's a plan from BSNL of ₹201 for 90 days with 300mins voice + 6GB data but it's only available for GP2 and beyond users. So you have to wait 1 week after your current plans ends

Actually network is fine in my area. Will try first Vi then I will try BSNL.

But, what you will do when you move out of your area? That's the point. Your number will be a stuck with a mediocre network. It is not worth the hassle. Everyone in my area is porting out. They went from having acceptable network to no network across the city.
