It's not of telecasting video resolutions but it's of screen resolution...check it again..

Press and hold on quality option for few seconds and then release to view stats for nerds page.

U can see it for YouTube premium itself..1080p premium resolutions ..so the same in hotstar too... premium HD and it's in HEVC h.265 video codec...
