Agreed. No where it can be compared to Amazon. Amazons level of customer service is world class. They sure worked on the customer satisfaction. Flipkart should learn.

If Flipkart was succeed in this offer, then Star network was a fool. I think Star management was realised, pays a lesson to Flipkart.

That would have literally made a laugh on Hotstar VIP subscription. People who already paid 1.5k. So whatever decision was made, it was well thought and then refund was cleared. Star would have made it clear they do not want to hurt their loyal subscribers and the offer was given on flipkart by flipkart even though a glitch. So it was eventually flipkart who settled with a backlash of two days
