That cheaper FireTV Stick you are talking about is old & not 4K...FireTV Stick 4K costs 6k...So, 2k more than the Xsteam Stick...Xstream Stick is also 4K...

Ok but how many of us having A 4K tv to enjoy 4K content ? So spending 3k extra for just 4K is not economical when India is facing economical crisis and Recession .
It will be better to invest hard earned money in cheaper firetv stick than 4K xstream Stick or 4K firestick.

I don't have a 4K TV too but you may not know that all 4K android boxes can play 4K movies on screens that are not 4K by downscaling them according to your TV resolution which still look much better than the original 720p/1080P content...But you can never run 4k movies on your TV if your Tv is not 4K enabled & you will get a file not supported error on your TV...

If you think most people who buy 4K boxes have 4K TVs in their home, then it's not correct...Most people purchase 4K Boxes (hybrid or normal android box) so that they can still enjoy the 4K contents on their non-4k TVs which their TVs didn't support earlier...Obviously 4K contents won't look like 4K if played on a FHD TV via an android box but they will still look way better than their 1080P counterparts...
