I think No as Firetv stick are available at much lesser price + coming Great Indian sale , one can get additional discount too on fire stick.

I already have fire stick 4k. I want another for 2nd tv. So normal version wud be alright? I dont have 4k tv and not planning to buy one.

That cheaper FireTV Stick you are talking about is old & not 4K...FireTV Stick 4K costs 6k...So, 2k more than the Xsteam Stick...Xstream Stick is also 4K...
