Last time i checked their plans, they were very costly.

I am an old customer 2011 . I used 10 years on alliance. The Best Broadband that i have used. The service was too good. 24X7 helpline.

Optical Fibre Connection, I used 590 Pack ( Unlimited Internet with Speed of 60 Mbps ( downloading: 60 Mbps, Uploading: 15 Mbps)

Now they also increased the upload speed. Now about 24mbps (Ookla Speedtest).. But i don't upload any big files or play online games so i can't tell about real experience.

But i am facing lot of ping problem ( request timeout) during evening and night. Last sunday it was horrible. But i didn't complain yet. I recently upgraded to optical fibre..

It's not a regular problem. Today i checked, only 5 request timeout in one hour. They told me it's normal. Maybe this happen because of heavy traffic and bad fiber patchwork.... They are providing unlimited and cheapest plan, so i don't bother it..

translation of terms : 1. for getting ott service user must login through his valid email id and mob no in alliiance briadband account.
2. without checking e mail id and mob no please not suncribe to any ott package because actuvate package of ott cannitbe canceled.
