It will only for opposition, officials, judges, industrialist etc

Well if you believe there are less bomb blast in India than pakistan then it proves Indian intel agencies are very alert here and doing the right thing by snooping and preventing those and not to forget that we are the second largest population. So giving political color is not good to everything
