I'm an adtv user and I installed airtel TV app today. My mobile network is bsnl and this number is linked with adtv. When I registered using this number , TV services got activated. On the other hand , when I tried using jio number, it showed me that I should shift to airtel for enjoying service.

Many Jio users face problem using Airtel TV App. I also face same issue. Star channels not working in my jio network on Airtel tv App.If you face problem, you need to use Airtel number Or other number(if works).

Right on the heels of Reliance Jio announcing its live broadcast of the FIFA World Cup 2018 on the JioTV app for free to Jio users, Bharti Airtel has also announced that it will be live broadcasting the international football world cup on its Airtel TV app. Both, Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel have been competing neck-to-neck in the telecom sector and have expanded to the digital streaming space.

Airtel TV users, in addition to the live stream of the FIFA World Cup 2018, will be able to experience the content in local languages apart from Hindi and English. The company said that it acknowledges the diverse Indian landscape, and hopes to reach a wider audience with local language support.
