yes. You can check paytm/freecharge/phonpe also. There are two plan Rs 36 and Rs 37. Both increase validity for 180 days. One is for per min call rate other one is for per sec call rate
136 plan is also available in paytm

Yep, aware of 36 and 37 and those were the good ones I could see. 136 (known as the Freedom Plan) was not there :(

What?!! I recharged just last week and the 136 was not there. Damn....what a miss.

Is it pan-India?
no it is not pan india basis. it is applicable in some circles like Kolkata. in my state Punjab 136 pv is not available anymore. but PV153 is available pan india basis that provides 103 rs talktime and 365 days validity with reduced call rates and callertune for first month

Actually all plans are same. With 136 you get 730 days of validity so almost 2 years. with 36 you need 4 recharge for 2 years also

BSNL already doing this minimum recharge rule at 36 for 6 months from long time
Yes. But not a disturbance like this. Plans for validity extension around rs30-50 range available and we get 180 days validity and things becomes normal.Tarrif rates are half of private companies too an advantage(eg.Vodafone at their 35 plan-2.5ps/sec,Bsnl-1.2ps or1ps /sec.) While we do a talktime recharge validity gets extended(for specific plans). Also no problem for incoming calls. V, A, I after plan is over bar outgoing calls, after somedays block incoming also.Since I am using jio for data I just want my Vodafone number active just for emergency calling and incoming. So I can't spend more on this. Blocking outgoing I can suffer but incoming not since I had given my number to many official things.

now a days TRAI is sleeping, behind looting money from customers. instead of giving best quality they want to loot money.
in coming days Telecom companies will close their doors.
off topic: even dth/cable sector making costly price. even normal Indian may watch 20 channels.

It seems airtel deactivated my running number also, getting no signal emergency cal only :wall::wall::wall:
Now a days 2g signal failure happening in regular intervals
Try calling your number from other if it says switch off then no problem
