Is this minimum recharge option is still mandatory for everyone ??
Yes, I think so... because today my balance was auto-debited(without my consent) for Rs 23/- by airtel to give me 28 day validity....

Yes AVoID deactivated my 4 Sim because of low balance and no recharge
Can u activate it again.
Means If my I/C also stopped then within how many days there is a possibility of activating by recharging the amount???

Any chance to BSNL to implement the same😳? I decided to port my Vodafone number to BSNL. BSNL also had this system of validity extension from earlier but not like this.We can extend validity for 6 months(180 days) under Rs50.

@Gobinaath bro, how have you got this information? I've been trying but no Helpline provides this info. Also, this is against TRAI rules, so how come Telcos are themselves making this rule? Any idea?
It's not new

From very long this rule is there there is no recharge for any sim on 90 days it'll be discontinued after that 30 days grace period to activate or buy duplicate Sim from appropriate Telecom office else it'll be roll out as New Number in open market from 31st day onwards 😊😊

Oh, ok. This rule applies if Main Balance is < Rs 20 right? What if main balance is sufficient? For how long will it keep extending by deducting Rs 20 for each 90 days of "non-usage" ?
