Try calling your number from other if it says switch off then no problem

Try to insert that sim in other phone and scan for network manually. Take it to another location. If all that doesn't help then go to Airtel store.
Local retailer might not be able to solve your problem. If it require Sim replacement then, they won't be able to fix it.I hope local shop retailer will be able to solve it otherwise no point in travelling 200 km
