No.. not observed such issue today

I found the issue...my ISP changed the IP address...that is causing issues...tried by changing DNS but didn't worked...
Checked in Mobile Data and worked fine...
Contacted my ISP technical Team of Mangalore office..they will looking at this tommorw as Back-end team is not available now...

Finally after 2 days of continuous chat with technical team the issue has been solved...they changed the IP address...
Now working fine..
