BSNL allocated MSC codes for each circle of South Zone circles

State-owned telecom service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has been recently allocated fresh set of MSC codes by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) for each circle of South Zone circles. The Telecom Department has allocated the MSC codes in consideration to the request of BSNL.

The MSC codes have been allocated to BSNL for its MVNO Surftel in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka. DoT has allocated ACCESS-MSC codes to meet the demand of one million subscribers in each telecom service area.

In Andhra Pradesh BSNL has allocated ACCESS-MSC code 68280, in Tamil Nadu ACCESS-MSC code 68281, in Kerala ACCESS-MSC code 68282, and in Karnataka ACCESS-MSC code 68283.

In other news, DoT recently had allocated allotted a fresh set of MSC codes to India’s leading telecom service provider Reliance Jio for mobile services in UP East LSA that came in consideration to the request by the telecom service provider.
