Telecom operator Vodafone Idea on Monday moved the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) against the telecom watchdog’s order blocking Vodafone REDX.
The telecom operator has filed a telecom appeal in TDSAT against TRAI which will be heard tomorrow afternoon. The case has been lined up for the first thing in morning with Saket Singh representing Vodafone Idea. The regulator is going to be represented by Arjun Nataranjan.
According to ET, the telecom operator is reported to be unhappy over the haste shown by the regulator, with Vodafone Idea getting no chance to respond to such an important matter.
At the time of filing this report, Bharti Airtel was yet to go legal and move TDSAT. All eyes are now set on Vodafone Idea’s telecom appeal which will heard at 12 PM tomorrow.
