Vi expands Rs 99 prepaid plan availability to pan India

Vi (formerly Vodafone Idea) has expanded the availability of its Rs 99 unlimited prepaid plan making it available across pan India. The expansion of the availability makes the prepaid plan the cheapest unlimited plan after Rs 19 unlimited plan.

Vi expands Rs 99 prepaid plan availability to pan India

Vi’s Rs 99 prepaid plan offers truly unlimited local/national calling to all networks, 1GB high-speed data, and 100 local and national SMS. The pack offers a validity of 18 days.

The prepaid plan is available all across all circles namely Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chennai, Delhi, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Kolkata, Maharashtra and Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Mumbai, North East, Odisha, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, UP East, UP West, and West Bengal.

The prepaid plan was earlier limited to select circles including West Bengal, UP West, UP East among others but largely missing from major telecom circles including Mumbai and Delhi among others.

The unlimited prepaid plan only comes with teleco benefits and doesn’t offer any non-teleco benefits such as access to Vi Movies and TV and additional benefits such as assured bonus cash on MPL or flat discount on Zomato. The prepaid plan is neither eligible for Vi’s recently rolled out Vi Weekend Data Rollover benefit.
