India’s leading telecom service provider Reliance Jio yesterday bagged a numbering level for providing Basic services in West Bengal LSA. The Telecom Department allocated the numbering level to Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited after considering the request made by the telco.
RJIL has been allocated the numbering level for wireline services for Kharagpur SDCA in West Bengal LSA. The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) awarded level ’31’ to RJIL for its Basic services.
“In consideration to the request of M/s RJIL for allocation of numbering level for wireline services for Kharagpur SDCA in West Bengal LSA, it is decided to allocate level ’31’ to M/s RJIL for its Basic Services for Kharagpur SDCA in West Bengal LSA,” said DoT in its letter to RJIL.
The Telecom Department earlier this month granted level ’31’ to RJIL for Basic services for Bilaspur SDCA in Madhya Pradesh LSA to Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited. The telco last month bagged level ’31’ for wireline services for Roorkee SDCA in UP (West) LSA.Â
