Lenovo owned brand Motorola launched the Moto G82 5G smartphone in Europe on Thursday, May 12. The company confirmed that soon this handset will arrive in the Indian market too, along with a few other regions including Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East.

The Moto G82 5G features a 6.6-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with 1,080×2,400 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, pixel density of 402ppi and 100 per cent coverage of the DCI-P3 colour gamut. It has a hole-punch cutout at the top centre for the front-facing camera and thin bezels around the display.
The device is powered by a Snapdragon 695 processor coupled with 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage that is further expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card (dedicated slot). It is IP52 rated for dust and water resistance.
The triple rear camera unit includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS support, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor with a 118-degree field-of-view, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel snapper.
The device is fueled by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 30W TurboPower fast charging. It runs Android 12 out of the box. The fingerprint sensor is side-mounted and there are Dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos. Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, NFC, A-GPS, LTEPP, SUPL, GLONASS, Galileo, 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C port.
Pricing and Availability
The Moto G82 5G is priced at EUR 329.99 (around Rs. 26,500) for the single 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant in the European market. It comes in two colour options- Meteorite Gray and White Lily.
