JioPhone Prima 4G now available for purchase in India

Reliance Jio launched the JioPhone Prima 4G feature phone at the Indian Mobile Congress (IMC) 2023. Now, the phone is available to purchase from Amazon, Reliance Digital, and JioMart in the country. The phone is priced at Rs. 2,599 and comes in a blue color option. JioPhone Prima 4G features a 2.4-inch QVGA display, 1800mAh battery, 512MB of RAM, and runs on the KaiOS operating system out of the box. It supports over 23 Indian languages.

JioPhone Prima 4G specifications

The JioPhone Prime 4G features a 2.4-inch QVGA display with a resolution of 320 × 240 pixels. The phone is powered by an ARM Cortex A53 processor paired with 512MB of RAM and 4GB internal storage. It also supports a microSD card for expandable storage. The phone also lets users make UPI payments via JioPay.

JioPhone Prima 4G comes with 0.3-megapixel front and rear cameras. The phone is equipped with a removable 1800mAh battery. The JioPhone Prima 4G runs on the KaiOS operating system out of the box and supports entertainment and social apps, including YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook, JioChat, JioTV, JioCinema, JioSaavn, and JioNews. Users can also access Google Assistant on the phone.

Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0, 4G VoLTE, FM Radio, a single SIM slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB 2.0 charging port.

Jio will definitely reduce its price to somewhere around 1800.
BTW what about plan, I guess JioPhone plan are same in all JioPhone varient may be they'll not introduce new plan for this device.
