JioNews debuts on JioFiber Set Top Box

Reliance Jio’s digital news app JioNews has arrived on the JioFiber set-top box allowing JioFiber customers to now consume breaking news, videos, magazines, newspapers, and photo galleries through a one stop solution.

The integration of JioNews on JioFiber set-top box will strengthen JioFiber’s content offering which already offers several OTT platforms across multiple genre’s including health, music, sports, education, news, and entertainment and other genres apart from access to Jio’s own apps such as JioTV+, JioCinema, and JioSaavn etc.

JioNews provides readers a personalized experience with today’s edition of their favourite papers and bookmarks to their favourite magazines. It also has an easy to use the search feature to find their favourite content, select from ‘Trending’ topics, or use the voice search button.

One can choose from 12+ languages and their favourite new sources available on the app to customize their experience. JioNews carries over 350+ e-papers, 800+ magazines, and millions of trending videos and photos.

JioFiber set-top box recently strengthened its OTT offerings with Voot Select and Voot Kids onboarding Viacom18’s OTT apps.
