VOOT Kids

Reliance Jio on Wednesday strengthened its entertainment OTT applications offerings further with the introduction of VOOT Kids on its JioFiber Set Top Box. VOOT Kids is now available within the Set Top Box for JioFiber customers to enjoy the applications.

The break came courtesy of our community forum member Spandan who noticed the introduction of VOOT Kids on JioFiber Set-Top box earlier this morning. As per another JioFiber user and our community forum member Aayush Aggarwal, JioFiber STB has also got 2 new apps News18 India and Radio 35 Feel the Flow apart from VOOT Kids.

VOOT Kids added in JioFiber STB

The introduction of VOOT Kids comes a bit tad late given the fact the OTT app belongs to Viacom18 which is a subsidiary company of Reliance Industries.

JioFiber has consistently ramped up its OTT offerings with the introduction of OTT apps every now and then. JioFiber STB now has over 130 apps although more than 50% of it is random apps. To recall, JioFiber STB had recently got the addition of Amazon Prime Video to its offerings.

VOOT Kids is one of India’s first multi-format kids app from Viacom18. The app lets you watch your favourite shows, read books, listen to stories and learn with fun, all at one place!
