India’s leading telecom service provider Reliance Jio has strengthened its customer service support with the introduction of JioCare Support on WhatsApp. Reliance Jio customers will now have complete assistance at their fingertips just a WhatsApp away.

Reliance Jio is promoting the introduction of JioCare on WhatsApp through banners within the MyJio app with requisite information on how to access 24*7 Support on everything Jio.

For Jio Mobility users, the support channel on WhatsApp can be opened by clicking here, or alternatively, you can send “Hi” to 7000770007 to get started.

For JioFiber users, the support channel on WhatsApp can be opened by clicking here, or alternatively, you can send “Hi” to 7000570005 to get started.

The personal digital assistant offers help on Jio Mobility services, JioFiber, JioMart, International Roaming, and Jio Announcements at the outset followed by in depth support for each service. For Mobility services the support offers network related, recharge and payment, account related, new offers, SIM/MACD related, JioPhone, JioFi, new connection or MNP among other help.

The service has been recently rolled out with WhatsApp stating that the JioCare business accounts for JioMobility services being set up on 9th November 2020.
