DocuBay, the international documentary streaming service owned by IN10 Media Network, has announced the launch of its original slate. The platform’s library of content will feature six new documentaries on various topics with more on the way.

DocuBay’s original slate will cover a range of intriguing topics, including Crime, Technology, Culture, Society, Relationships, and more. The platform has already commissioned multiple projects with various production companies.

Vice Studios India has produced two of the documentaries: ‘Monogamy Disrupted’ and ‘Water Mafia.’ The former looks at the lives of those who identify as polyamorous, while the latter delves into the sinister effects of the water mafia across socio-economic classes.

‘Bad Toys Inc.,’ developed by G.O.A.T Studios, explores how sex toys are changing perceptions of pleasure across India’s cities and towns. Meanwhile, ‘B.P.O (Bogus Phone Operators),’ developed by Nirvaan Entertainment, tells the shocking story of how organized gangs defrauded thousands of US citizens of millions of dollars, leaving authorities in India and the FBI shocked.

Another documentary, ‘Plastic Fantastic,’ examines the rise of plastic surgery and what the future holds for the industry. ‘Destiny On Demand’ explores the increasing popularity of astrology, fueled by the internet, and the new business models it is creating.

The aim of the original documentaries is to offer viewers a unique and immersive experience while exploring a wide range of topics and stories. Aditya Pittie, Managing Director of IN10 Media Network, expressed his pleasure at DocuBay’s growing success and commitment to providing compelling, thought-provoking content to viewers worldwide.

Since its launch, DocuBay has been expanding its global footprint with a focus on hand-picking documentaries. Girish Dwibhashyam, COO of DocuBay, added that the platform’s original documentaries mark a significant milestone. After gathering data and insights on customers’ viewing habits, DocuBay has identified a need for fresh, original content to expand viewers’ horizons.
