Seeking Help Worst customer care service with Jio Fiber

2 months no resolution by following this any escalation email they have?
I emailed Sun NXT directly and they tried something. In parallel a support guy from Jio called me directly. He fixed it finally. My Jio stb has a whole new account with a dummy number. I get Sun NXT subscription on my account separately.

5 months still no resolution. Contacted them on X they asked to follow Clear Data method or send screenshot.

I recorded a whole video of the same procedure and sent them showing old number still in SunNxt account.

The reply I get is again to do the same or send screenshot. I dont know whether they saw the 2min video I sent or not
