As long as you're not using your second monitor, Yes.

It will update like other usual updates right with no data loss or a fresh setup is required?

I installed without data loss but it's recommended you do a clean setup

Selecting Default apps is no longer possible in Windows 11. You will have to select the default for each app, per type and protocol

Also you can not resize taskbar, but there's a registry tweak that can do.

Ohh Nooo! I thought mine was 8200U. It's actually 6200U. PAIN!!!

You can use the ISO to upgrade, and after that, you can join Windows Insider program. It will allow you to receive future Windows 11 Insider builds via Windows Update.

I think it won't cause any issue. But, it's a beta software and will have bugs.
Also, keep in mind, insiders on incompatible hardware will be kicked out when Windows 11 hits GA and they'll have to install Windows 10.
