Windows 11 system requirements:

CPU: 8th Gen and newer Intel Core processors, Apollo Lake and newer Pentium and Celeron processors. AMD Ryzen 2000 and newer processors and 2nd Gen or newer EPYC processors (Windows Processor Requirements)
Storage: 64 GB or larger storage
Memory: 4GB or more
System firmware: UEFI, Secure Boot capable
TPM: version 2.0
Graphics: Compatible with DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver
Display: 720p that is greater than 9” diagonally, 8 bits per color channel

If you've got TPM 1.2 or older CPU, you'll be able to install Windows 11, but it won't be officially supported. During upgrade a warning will be shown - that the upgrade is not recommended.
