after latest windows 10 update i m facing problem all apps default setting changing automatically. for example when laptop starts default pdf app is Microsoft Edge and then I manually set it to adobe reader but when laptop restarts again default app is Microsoft Edge. please help provide solution

My PC has very high disk usage, it mostly stays between 80-100%. Upgrading RAM will fix this or I need to get SSD?

How much RAM do you have? If you don't have SSD then definitely get one SSD before upgrading RAM as it will boost the performance and responsiveness of OS and apps like anything!
