Windows 10 19H2 update will be available as a cumulative update.
19H2 will include a scoped set of features for select performance improvements, enterprise features, and quality enhancements and will be delivered to customers running the May 2019 Update

Insiders will need to be in the Slow ring and on the May 2019 Update to receive 19H2. It will be delivered as a cumulative update. some Insiders may not see the new features right away as we are using a controlled feature rollout (CFR) to gain better feedback on overall build quality.

Anyone running the May 2019 Update and updating to the new release will have a far faster update experience because the update will install like a monthly update.

Microsoft released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18936 (20H1) to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring. Apart from other Fixes this update brings support for Phone Screen feature to more Surface devices, adds quick event create option to the taskbar, and ability to enable passwordless sign-ins.

I have done "Fresh Start" through Windows Security and now all apps including in-build apps like Microsoft Store are also removed. Is there any way to get at least Microsoft Store back?

Sometimes, current user account gets corrupted, so you can try to create a new user account (it may install all the pre installed apps).
Or,
You can get all pre-installed apps from Microsoft store. Try this to install Microsoft store.
