When I switch on Wifi, at first it detects my Dlink Router but not able to connect with that. After 2-3 times of failed attempts to connect , it disappear from the network list and it won't come back again until I restart my laptop
First, try the solution suggested by Sarkar bro.

Sometimes it happens. Windows 10 Wi-Fi manager is not great and it doesn't refresh. So, you can use a third party tool. It may work.

Download this: https://www.netsetman.com/en/wifi-wlan-managerhttps://www.netsetman.com/en/wifi-wlan-manager
No need to install. It will give you an option to "extract files for portable use" in the installation wizard. You can select that.
Run "Netsetman" Click tools--> click "NSM Wi-Fi management tool"
Click Refresh or In-Depth Refresh
After that select the network and click connect.
