Hello!
India Post has recently started a new service called Digipin, which provides us a "Digipin" which we can use for sending or receiving anything with India Post in a more efficient way.
I think it is pretty good idea, but their postman here are mostly non-techie, some don't even have a smartphone. So, I wonder how this will work.
How do you think this will impact their service? Also, do you think other courier companies will also follow it? I think that will make things much more efficient for those private courier companies.
