Go to offline store and ask for bush led tv. They r good and affordable.

For smart feature u can buy Amazon Fire tv stick and can convert your existing non smart tv to a smarter one.
A whole new tv under 10000 will be difficult to get. If You get one I doubt their durability.

Bro I want this tv for my office peon.
