Users can NP to any other operator, not necessary to do for Airtel. Within 1 year all remaining numbers will automatically get converted to Airtel, so till then the users are free to port out to any operator of their choice.

Can we port out after changing to airtel(with in 3months after change)

If Airtel has brought Tata DOCOMO then why are they behaving like this? Now what's the requirement of MNP when Tata Docomo is brought up by Airtel.
